See the bargain Black Country houses up for auction from £9,000

Buyers can bag a bargain home with guide prices as low as £9,000 as properties across the Black Country go under the hammer this week.

Although the cheap property prices catch the eye, each house is in need of major refurbishment work.

A selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes in Walsall, Wolverhampton and West Bromwich are on offer, with guide prices as low as between £9,000 and £14,000.

A four-bedroom mid-terraced house at 35 Audlem Walk, in the Park Village area of Wolverhampton is up for that price, while in Merridale three-bed, mid-terrace 9 Cardiff Street carries a guide price of between £19,000 and £24,000.

Two-bed 139 Merridale Street West has a guide price of between £14,000 and £19,000, as does nearby 54 Norfolk Road, while 166 Merridale Street West is priced at £46,000.

In Walsall, 40 Wye Road is a three-bed semi with a guide price of £14,000 to £19,000, while in West Bromwich, two-bed end-terrace 19 Oak Lane has a guide price of £10,000 to £15,000.
