Two injured in crash near Bilston McDonald's

Two people suffered minor injuries in a crash on a busy Black Country road.

The one-car crash happened on Coseley Road in Bilston, near McDonald's, shortly before midday on Tuesday.

A man and a woman were assessed by paramedics at the scene at the junction with Millfields Road and discharged with minor injuries.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called to the junction of Coseley Road and the A4039 at 11.58am on Tuesday to reports of a single-vehicle road traffic collision. One ambulance attended the scene.

"On arrival we discovered two patients, a man and a woman, who were from the car. They were assessed and discharged at the scene with minor injuries."

West Midlands Police were also at the scene.
