An unusual sight outside a city shopping centre has been causing a buzz for passers-by.

The hives are clearly visible near the top of the tree in Wolverhampton

A beehive at a bus stop in the middle of Wolverhampton has been creating a buzz. Bus driver Matthew Hubball, of Codsall, even joined passengers and shoppers in taking a snap of the swarm in Market Street.

Crowds were seen gathering around a tree near the back entrance of Marks & Spencer in Wolverhampton city centre and taking camera phone pictures after a couple of beehives were discovered.
