Three taken to hospital after Wolverhampton crash

Three people were taken to hospital after a two-car crash in Wolverhampton.

The crash happened in Warstones Road just before 2.30pm today.

Three patients were taken to New Cross Hospital with injuries not believed to be serious.

Claire Brown, spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "We were called at 2.26pm to Warstones Road, Wolverhampton. Two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended and assess three patients following a two car road traffic collision.

"All three patients were taken to New Cross Hospital with injuries not believed to be serious."

West Midlands Police has been asked to comment.
