Fresh appeal to find missing teenager in the West Midlands

Police has re-issued an appeal to find a missing 15-year-old boy with links to the Black Country.

Ralphon Foster, who is believed to have links to Wolverhampton and Birmingham, has been missing for more than three weeks.

The Derby teenager, who police believe may have also spent time in Bristol, was last seen on July 9 at 11.30am.

He is described as black, 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build with brown eyes and cropped black hair.

He was wearing blue Adidas bottoms, a blue Armani t-shirt, black trainers and was carrying a small black bag at the time of his disappearance.

Ralphon is also known as having a birth mark on the right side of his stomach.

In a re-issued appeal, Derbyshire Police said: "We are issuing a further appeal for sightings of 15-year-old Ralphon Foster, who remains missing after last being seen on the morning of Monday, July 9 at 11.30am.

"If you have seen Ralphon, or know of his whereabouts, please get in touch."
