Photos taken by a drone of the site of the former Holiday Inn show an empty site with no trace of the hotel which once stood on site.

The markings of the car park are still clearly seen, but nothing else remains apart from a pile of rubble at the far end of the car park.

No one was injured in the fire at the hotel, which has no sprinkler system fitted, but the building was gutted by the blaze and subsequently torn down in December.
