Police have released photo of 18 suspects they are seeking to identify after a violent street brawl in Walsall.

Large groups of men and women clashed on Lewis Street last week, with many of the men armed with cricket bats, poles and bars.

Videos of the violence shared online showed a woman left with blood pouring from her face and a man appearing to be knocked out after being attacked with a cricket bat.

West Midlands Police said four people were left with head injuries after the incident which happened outside Croft Academy primary school at 6.30pm on June 10.

The force has now released images of 18 people they want to track down and identify in relation to the violence.

Police have said it was a "targeted incident" with the people involved known to each other, although enquiries are ongoing.

A 44-year-old man who was arrested at the scene on suspicion of wounding has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the force via Live Chat at west-midlands.police.uk between 8am and midnight, or call 101 anytime.
