Appeal to help find missing Walsall man Nigel Beesley

Police are appealing to drivers in Walsall who may have captured dash cam footage of a missing man from the town.

Nigel Beesley, 58, was last seen on the junction of Walstead Road West and West Bromwich Road, just after 7.20am on Wednesday, March 18.

He was last seen near to Joseph Leckie School and Delves Court Care Home.

Nigel was carrying two bags – one a light colour carrier bag and one a black bag, that may have been a holdall.

A spokesman from West Midlands Police said: "He was struggling with the weight of the bags and had to stop a number of times.

"We are keen to hear from anyone who may have driven on the busy road at that time and who may have seen or recorded him.

"He has recently suffered a close bereavement and we are growing increasingly concerned for his well-being.

"Nigel is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall and has greying hair. He may be wearing a blue three-quarter length coat."
