Verity Hollis, aged 33, was last seen in Cannock in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Staffordshire Police has now launched an appeal for information to help find her.

The force said Verity, also known as Vez or Anna, was last seen at around 3.30am in Church Street, Cannock. She was then caught on CCTV in Cannock town centre, heading towards the bus station at 7.12am. It is thought she may have travelled to Stafford.

She is described as white, 5ft 3ins, of slim build and has long dark hair. She was wearing dark rimmed glasses, a dusky pink coat with a fur-edged hood, and is thought to be wearing pyjamas underneath.

A force spokesman said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare, and anyone who may have seen Verity is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 089 of March 30."
