This creepy couple chose to hold a Halloween-inspired wedding to the horror of their guests who thought they were joking when they heard the idea, especially when they were told they had to dress up as well.

Angela Lloyd-Boycott, aged 36, and Wayne Boycott, 41, from Burntwood, tied the knot at Lichfield Register Office dressed as vampires.

From the start the couple, who have three children between them, had planned to have their magical day coincide with the annual celebration of all things spooky.

Finance worker Angela said: "It was literally all my idea – Wayne wasn't too keen to start.

"I just love Halloween and horror films and everything like that.

"He came around to it and we managed to get all of the guests to dress up as well.

"Everyone looked great, really professional."

She added: "Everyone thought I was joking when I told them but I said this is what I want to do and everyone has just gone with it.

"I am a different person to everybody else and I didn't want to be pretty with a white dress, I wanted a dark ugly one."

Freddie Krueger and Harley Quinn were best man and bridesmaid at the surreal ceremony.

They held a reception at Grangemoor Working Mens Club afterwards.
