Taking part in Operation Indiana, which aims at making roads safer for motorbikes, the Shropshire Operational Patrol Unit (OPU) says it was conducting speed checks on the A458 Bridgnorth bypass on Sunday.

The team not only clocked a motorcyclist doing 104mph but also captured a car travelling at 96mph.

It follows a similar operation the weekend previously in which the OPU team issued 41 speeding fines over the course of two days.
