Car overturns after crash in Rowley Regis

A man was treated by paramedics after a car overturned in a crash in Rowley Regis.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Dudley Road, which has been closed off at the junction of Burmese Way after the crash, which happened at around 9.30am today.

Jamie Arrowsmith, spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 9.31am to the junction of Burmese Way and Dudley Road to reports of a car that had overturned after a two-car crash.

"One ambulance attended and is treating a man, from the overturned car.

"The man has been taken to Russells Hall Hospital following treatment at the scene for injuries not believed to be serious."

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Police have been called to reports of a collision involving an overturned car in Dudley Road, Rowley Regis, just after 9.30am today.

"Officers are currently on the scene."
