Two people taken to hospital after car crash near Stourbridge

Two people were taken to hospital after two cars collided on a road near Stourbridge. Emergency services were called to Woodfield Lane in Belbroughton at around 8pm on Friday.

Paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service took two patients to hospital and alerted Hereford and Worcester Fire Service to a fuel leak caused by the crash.

One appliance was sent from Bromsgrove to tackle the fuel leak

A spokesman for the fire service said: "We were only sent for a fuel leak following the RTC. Two cars were involved and we helped make the vehicles safe."
