Worker seriously injured following digger incident in Black Country

A factory worker has suffered serious leg injuries following an incident involving a digger.

An air ambulance landed an an industrial premises on Wallows Road, Brierley Hill, at around 10am this morning.

West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman Claire Brown said: "The Midland Air Ambulance with a doctor on board and an ambulance with two paramedics are at the scene.

"We are currently treating a man who has suffered serious leg injuries following an incident with a digger."
