Woman dies after being hit by a car in Dudley

A 62-year-old woman has died after she was hit by a car while crossing a road in the Black Country.

The woman was hit by a black Seat Arosa as she crossed Trindle Road, in Dudley, on November 2.

West Midlands Police announced her death today,19 days after the collision.

The victim was from Halesowen.

The force has appealed for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.

A police spokesman said: "We're appealing for witnesses or dashcam footage of a collision in Dudley after a Halesowen woman has sadly died.

"The 62-year-old was hit by a black Seat Arosa as she crossed Trindle Road on Monday, November 2."

Trindle Road is located in Dudley town centre and runs from The Station Hotel up passed Dudley Bus Station.
