Tom Paddock, who lives in Willenhall, has launched homegymreview.co.uk.

Tom, 26, who works in IT, said: "It has started off as a website, and it will become a YouTube channel eventually. I had the idea with my brother to set up a fitness database and show people different exercises.

"It is not going to be the level of Joe Wicks or anything like that, but it is that sort of thing. It's a completely free resource.

"I have posted two posts about working out during lockdown – including a 28-day lockdown challenge which I have created. It's just to keep people moving really.

"The reason I started it was during the lockdown I really struggled, the gyms were shut, I have a home gym but I had no motivation to go there. That's why I am doing this journey now.

"I am just trying to help people to be honest and motivate them. I'm not a personal trainer, I work in IT actually."
