The classes, which are being run by South Staffordshire Leisure, are designed to help people living in lockdown who may have struggled to keep fit or need a new activity.

The classes are run by staff and fitness instructors from leisure centres in Cheslyn Hay, Codsall, Penkridge and Wombourne and started during lockdown in 2020 as a way of helping members keep fit.

Codsall Leisure centre fitness co-ordinator Brogan Needham said it had been a worthwhile investment by the council.
