Is there someone you'd like to publicly thank for an act of kindness?

Perhaps a fellow commuter who made your journey to work a little bit more enjoyable.

Or a shop assistant who helped you choose the perfect outfit?

As part of our campaign to inspire more everyday little 'Thank Yous' across the UK, we've partnered with Cadbury Roses and created a column to let people share their gratitude.

Below are what some of you have said - including 'Thank Yous' for parents, children and a wife whose baking skills have put a smile on her hubby's face.

'Thank You' Mum and Dad!

"Mum and Dad, 'Thank You' for supporting me through university and making my 21st birthday and graduation day so brilliant!"

Rachel Cockerill, Lincoln

"To Ollie, Josh and Jake's dad, Simon, 'Thank You' for telling all of us the epic bedtime stories while we were all camping in the summer holidays. We love the stories and can't wait to hear more of them!"

Twins Freddie and Bert, 8, South London

Well done, Demi!

"I would like to say 'Thank You' to my daughter Demi, at 11 years old you have been like a third parent during the Summer holidays. Helping with your little brother and new baby sister. You are a bright and amazing young lady and your dad and I love you so much xx."

Lavinia Brown, Kilmarnock

"Thank You' to my partner's mum and dad who let us (and our two-year-old) stay with them for a year while I finished my Masters!"

Louise McDougall, Armagh

Cheers for the cakes!

"To my wife, who has been inspired by The Great British Bake-off. 'Thank You' - I really, really like cake!"

John France, Merseyside

Cadbury Roses has been helping people say 'Thank You' for almost 80 years! Whether it's a small token of appreciation or a gift to mark a more poignant occasion, it is the perfect way to show gratitude.
