Jack, aged 12, recently took part in the GKR Karate Central Zone Tournament in Birmingham, only his second ever tournament, competing in both the Kata and Kumite discipline competitions and belt range. He successfully gained bronze medals in both competitions.

Jacks focus now moves to the UK Championships in Sheffield later this month, as well as preparing to achieve his Black belt.

Dominic, who Swims regularly with the Warley Wasps Swimming Club, competed in the Gloucester Open Meet in October, achieving three personal bests during the competition and being able to swim two lengths in 30.4 seconds.

Marie McMahon, Principal at OSCA, said: 'I am so proud of Jack and Dominic and their sporting prowess. I am really impressed by their dedication and determination to give of their very best."
