Pupils at Wolverhampton school self-isolating in run up to Christmas after positive Covid case

Pupils at a Wolverhampton primary school have been told to self isolate in the run up to Christmas after a positive coronavirus case.

The Northwood Park Primary School pupil tested positive over the weekend and other pupils have been told to stay at home until December 26.

The pupil last attended school on Wednesday and developed symptoms that evening.

Staff and pupils in the same year group will have to self isolate for 10 days until Boxing Day.
