Woman facing court appearance after police officer assaulted in Stafford
A woman is facing a string of charges after a police officer was assaulted in Stafford.
Dominique Edensor, aged 34, was arrested following an incident at Kingsmead Retail Park, in Queensway, Stafford, on December 19.
She has since been charged with assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty and possession of a bladed article and charged with two thefts of pedal cycles relating to an incident on October 17, 2025.
Edensor, of the town, will appear before magistrates on January 14.
Stafford Borough Police said uniform and plain-clothed patrols will continue in Stafford town centre to prevent disorder, anti-social behaviour, and shop theft offences.
