The car crashed in Uplands Avenue just before 1pm on Sunday, having been reported stolen in Wednesbury on January 15.

All four suspects, aged from 17 to 19, are said to have fled from the car.

Two suspects were found in a nearby garden shed while another two were stopped as they asked a member of the public to call them a taxi, said West Midlands Police.

They were arrested on suspicion of robbery and have been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
