Two arrested after gun found during Cannock police raid
Two people have been arrested after a gun was found during a police raid in Cannock.
The warrant took place at about 5.30am on Friday at a property on Avon Road.
A 31-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman, both from Cannock, were arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm without a certificate.
The man was also arrested on suspicion of robbery.
Staffordshire Police confirmed both suspects remain in custody.
