Attackers still on run after Hawthorns Railway Station double stabbing

Police are still hunting the suspects into a double stabbing at a Black Country train station.

British Transport Police [BTP] is yet to make any arrests in connection with the violence at The Hawthorns, in West Bromwich, on Friday night.

One man was stabbed in his chest while another suffered a minor cut.

Both victims have since been discharged from hospital.

A spokesman for BTP said: "Thankfully neither received life changing or life threatening injuries."

The train station was cordoned off following the stabbings which happened at around 9.10pm.

Officers have appealed for any witness or people with information to come forward.
