Naheed Bostan, of Burleigh Street, Walsall, appeared before Dudley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday in connection with the death of Luke Paddock, 18.

The teenager died after a crash between the KTM motorbike he was riding and a Skoda at the junction of Ingram Road and Valley Road, Bloxwich, on March 20.

Sadly, Mr Paddock was pronounced dead at the scene. The motorbike also carried a pillion passenger - a 17-year-old boy - who escaped with minor injuries.

Bostan was bailed to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on January 29.
