Man, 42, denies murder of five-month-old daughter
A 42-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of his five-month-old daughter.
Philip Peace, from Himley Road, in Dudley, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court today where he denied killing Summer Peace in September 2017.
He also denied manslaughter.
The defendant, who appeared in the dock wearing a chequered shirt and black trousers, was released on bail ahead of a trial set to take place at Birmingham Crown Court on January 12, 2021.
