Cyclist injured in Wolverhampton hit and run

A cyclist was injured after a hit and run in Wolverhampton.

Police were called to Dixon Street, near Kent Street, at around 1.50pm on Friday, July 10.

The cyclist received minor injuries to his leg in the collision.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We received a report of a hit and run that took place on Friday, July 10, on Dixon Street in Wolverhampton.

"A cyclist received minor injuries to his leg.

"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who has any information is asked to get in touch."

Anyone with information, or who witnessed the hit-and-run, is asked to call West Midlands Police quoting log number 2394 of July 10.
