Off-road bikers warned of police consequences

Louts riding off road motorbikes have been warned their vehicles will be seized if antisocial behaviour continues.

It comes amid increasing reports of these incidents taking place in Cannock, Staffordshire.

Police can seize motor vehicles under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 for such incidents.

A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said: "We are having increasing reports of anti-social-behaviour locally involving vehicles and off road bikes.

"Anybody causing this type of antisocial behaviour will be issued a Section 59 warning and they could potentially have their vehicle seized by officers. #ridebutyoucanthide."

Anybody with concerns with antisocial behaviour should call police on 101.
