Drugs, axe and balaclava seized from car after Brierley Hill police chase

A haul of drugs was seized from a car after a police chase in the Black County.

Items seized by police

Officers seized wraps of what looked like cannabis along with an axe, balaclava and scales from a car in Brierley Hill.

The car failed to stop and was followed home by the police helicopter.

West Midlands Police tweeted saying: "Officers in Brierley Hill had this little haul earlier.

"The driver decided not to stop for us, directly under the National Police Air Service.

"They followed him home and we found this in the car. More in the house too!

"One in custody and will be interviewed today."
