Appeal after woman threatened following Wolverhampton crash

A woman was threatened by a man who demanded £500 after a minor crash.

The man police are trying to identify

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after the crash on Oaklands Road, Wolverhampton, on May 12.

The man demanded £500 and threatened to hurt her.

Wolverhampton Police tweeted saying: "Do you know who this man is?

"We want to speak to him after a woman was threatened following a minor collision on Oaklands Road, Wolverhampton on Tuesday 12 May.

"A man demanded £500 and threatened to hurt her if she didn’t oblige.

"Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to contact officers via Live Chat at between 8am and midnight, quoting crime reference 20WV/110082M/10.

"Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111."
