The inquests of Riley John Holt, aged eight, Keegan Jonathan Unitt, aged six, Tilly Rose Unitt, aged four, and Olly Unitt aged three, had been set for February 20.

It has now been provisionally scheduled to take place on May 21, 2020.

Staffordshire Police last said an update on the police investigation would be given in the New Year.

The inquests were opened last year at Burton Town Hall and it was said the cause of their deaths was "yet to be ascertained".

A 25-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence following the fire have been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

The house on Sycamore Lane where the children died was gradually demolished and is being replaced with grassland.
