Police probe after shots fired towards home

Police have launched an investigation after shots were fired at a house in Dudley.

Two shots were fired at a window in the Cole Street area of Darby End, near Netherton, just after 11.45pm last night.

No one was reported to have been injured.

West Midlands Police has now launched an investigation into the incident and are asking for any witnesses to contact them.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Police are investigating after two shots were fired at a house in Dudley last night.

"Officers were called to Cole Street in Netherton just after 11.45pm, where a firearm was discharged at a window of a multi-occupancy address.

"Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.

"Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to contact us."
