'Persistent street drinker' handed criminal behaviour order in court

A Cannock "persistent street drinker" has been handed a criminal behaviour order in court.

Colin Morgan, 52, from Huntington, was given an 18-month criminal behaviour order with a number of conditions around the consumption of alcohol in public.

Cannock Police tweeted saying: "A persistent street drinker in Cannock town has been sentenced at Cannock Magistrates.

"Colin Morgan, from Huntington, received an 18 month criminal behaviour order with numerous conditions around the consumption & possession of alcohol in a public place."
