A police social media post of the incident labelled the man as "one of Dudley Police's most wanted," and that the car was stolen.

He was arrested for several offences, while also being wanted for a public order offence.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "A 31-year-old man was arrested in Quarry Bank Lane, Netherton, yesterday afternoon on suspicion of offences including taking a vehicle without consent, criminal damage and possession of drugs.
