Police hunt man after Wolverhampton pub stabbing

Police are hunting a wanted man after a stabbing at a Wolverhampton pub.

Jerome Blake, aged 26, of no fixed address, is wanted by the force after an attack at the Lyme Kaye pub on the corner of Worcester Street and Pitt Street in the city centre.

A man suffered a deep cut to his arm that the police have described as "not life-changing."

The attack happened just after 5am on Saturday June 8.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Sarah Lewin in the Force CID team via Live Chat at west-midlands.police.uk between 8am and midnight.

"Alternatively people can call 101 anytime or contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111, quoting crime reference 20WV/135317V/19."
