Officers spotted a suspicious car and pulled it over at around 11.20am today, close to West Bromwich Town Hall.

Police arrested the four men on suspicion of going equipped, which means to be found with possessions that could be used in a burglary or theft.

Images at the scene saw a number of police officers descend on the car, including a number of unmarked cars.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "They remain in police custody.
