100 pigeons stolen from Cannock coop

About 100 pigeons and an electric bike were stolen from a coop in Cannock.

Staffordshire Police said the coop in Fallowfield was broken into at about 10.30pm on June 5 and the Tippler pigeons were taken along with a silver electric pedal cycle.

Tippler pigeons are bred to participate in endurance competitions.

A spokesman for the police force said: "Have you been offered a Tippler Pigeon or know anything that will help us identify the offender(s) responsible for these thefts.

"If you have any information please call 101 and serial number 878 of June 5 2019."
