Man arrested as neighbour 'threatened with gun' in Dudley

A man has been arrested after allegedly threatening his neighbour with a gun in Dudley.

Police arrested a man on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life after the incident, which happened at a property in Alexander Hill in the Quarry Bank area of Brierley Hill at around 7.20am today.

James Harrison, Force Response sergeant for Sandwell and Dudley, tweeted saying: "Another good result for B Unit @ResponseWMP Brierley Hill.

"Male arrested this morning for firearms offences after threatening his neighbour. Would you be able say it was real or a replica?"

A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said: "An arrest of a 25-year-old man was made at a property in Alexander Hill in the Quarry Bank area of Brierley Hill at 7.20am this morning."
