Teenager charged with carrying knife in Walsall

A teenager accused of carrying a knife in Walsall was set to appear in court this morning.

Jerome Woolery, of Clare Road, Coalpool, was charged with possession of a sharp pointed article in a public place and possession of Class B drug.

The 18-year-old was arrested in Churchill Road.

He is accused of carrying a 'very dangerous weapon' which officers shared a picture of on social media.

He appeared at Walsall Magistrates Court today.
