Nazeem Kendall, aged 21, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody to appear at Walsall Magistrates Court on January 3 next year.

Two other men - both are also aged 21 - were accused of the murder shortly after the body of the 39-year-old victim was discovered in the hall of his top floor flat at a three storey block in Bloxwich Road South, Willenhall, shortly after noon on August 22.

A post mortem examination revealed he died as a result of multiple injuries.

Cameron MacKenzie, from Richmond Street, Chuckery has admitted the murder while Wayne Kendall, a neighbour of the victim, pleaded not guilty to the offence when the pair appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court last week.

The latter will stand trial next year and MacKenzie will be sentenced at the conclusion of this.

Addison was jailed for five years
