Boy attacked by four youths in Tipton

A 15-year-old boy was attacked by a gang of youths in a Tipton street.

The boy was assaulted in Fisher Street, Tipton, on November 3 by the gang.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 10.10pm to reports of an assault. One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended.

"We treated one patient, a teenage male, for injuries not thought to be serious and he was taken to hospital for further assessment."

The teen needed hospital treatment for a fracture and cut to his head and has since been sent home.

West Midlands Police is now investigating the attack.
