200 cannabis plants found by police after Darlaston disturbance
Police found more than 200 cannabis plants at a property after being called to reports of a disturbance outside the building.
The drugs factory was discovered at a property in Dangerfield Lane, Darlaston.
Officers from West Midlands Police and uncovered several rows of cannabis plants when they checked the address.
No-one was at the property but around 230 plants were discovered with hydroponics equipment, which is used to help cultivate the drug.
A police spokeswoman said: “Police were called to reports of a disturbance outside an address in Dangerfield Lane, Darlaston on March 23.
"No people were present, but a search revealed a cannabis factory with around 230 plants and hydroponics equipment.”
