Defibrillator among £1,000 of supplies stolen from first responder's 4x4

Thieves broke into a community first responder's 4x4 on Christmas Eve and stole items including a personal lifesaving kit worth more than £1,000.

They targeted the Burntwood and Cannock Chase Community First Responder's Land Rover in Selmans Hill, Little Bloxwich, between 6pm and 9pm.

Christmas presents and a personal lifesaving kit worth more than £1,000 were taken.

An appeal has been launched on the Burntwood and Cannock Chase CFR Facebook page.

Anyone living in or around Little Bloxwich has been urged to look out for a Cardiac Science G3 defibrillator, case and pads and adaptor.

An assorted first aid kit, Litmans stethoscope and scene lighting torch were also taken.
