Teenagers deny murder of Netherton father of two

Two teenagers have denied murdering a 41-year-old father of two who was found dead at his home.

Mr Simon Johnson, a window fitter from Cradley Road, Netherton, was stabbed to death on August 11.

Damilola Johnson, aged 19, and a 16-year-old youth, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, both pleaded not guilty to his murder when they appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

The pair were each remanded in custody to stand trial at the same court on November 20.

The late Mr Johnson had been a fitter at Black Country Glazing for 25 years, joining at the age of 17.
