New building to help welcome businesses to Walsall

Cannock-based developer Jessup recently celebrated the completion of Hatherton Court, a new flexible office space in Walsall of two buildings with three units in each.

The two-storey development, part funded by the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership, is equipped with allocated parking, car charge points for each office unit, CCTV, solar panels, kitchenettes and electronic security gates. The offices are available to buy or rent as single or multiple units.

Deputy leader of Walsall Council, Councillor Adrian Andrew, said: “This is an excellent investment in Walsall and I thank Jessup for having the vision and confidence to develop in Walsall Borough. This is a real boost of confidence for the economy in Walsall and shows we are open for business. This is high quality office space where businesses can truly have excellent value for money and enjoy great connectivity."
