The four-storey landmark building on Stourbridge Ring Road recently underwent work including the upgrading of the central heating systems, new carpets and installation of energy efficient lighting.

CERT Solutions, who specialise in recruiting local supply teachers for schools across the West Midlands, have taken the last vacant suit of 640 sq ft, resulting in the building now being fully let.

In addition, Baldwins Accountants have renewed their lease and have committed to the building and Stourbridge for a further 10 years.

Paul Graham of CERT Solutions said: “we were previously running the business from offices at home and due to rapid growth and expansion we needed additional space, Copthall House provided the perfect working environment and location for us to meet our requirements.

"We are now finally relocated in our fabulous, re-fitted, modern office, which has been refurbished to a high standard and our experience of working with Folkes has been a positive one."

Adam Priest, asset management director at Folkes Properties in Lye, said the improvements were undertaken as part of their active management programme.

“We are delighted to have been able to invest alongside the co-owners of the building, resulting in the building now being fully let," he added.
