Halesowen-based TotalKare will be showcasing its wash bay mobile column lift, brake tester and a light commercial four-post fixed lift for the first time.

The latter has been designed specifically for light commercial vehicles and can lift up to 6500kg, extending the company’s heavy-duty four-post lift that ranges up to 33,000kg in capacity.

Alongside the three new product launches, it will be displaying its T8DC cable-free mobile columns lifts and two-post lift on Stand 4E80 at the xShow, held at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre between April 30 and May 2.

TotalKare will also be promoting its recently-launched online training platform, which is already proving popular with existing and new users of mobile column lifts.

“This is going to be our biggest CV Show in a while and is an ideal place for us to showcase three of our latest product ranges to a sizeable cross section of our customers,” said David Hall, managing director of TotalKare.

“Following a successful 2018, we want to continue growing as a business by listening to our clients and turn what they’re telling us into solutions that will improve the way they operate.

"This is exactly what we’ve done with the wash bay mobile column lifts. Available in four, six and eight column configurations, they have been specially designed to ensure many years of trouble-free use.

“We have applied our experience and knowledge to the details of the design, such as a galvanised structure and sealed bearings, to give long term protection from water so that the lifts are ideal for outside use. They also have adjustable forks to ensure maximum flexibility in the range of vehicles that can be lifted.

“This is something many of our customers have asked us for in recent years and we’re excited to bring a wash bay-suitable mobile column lift solution to market.”

Experts from TotalKare will be presenting its new brake tester range, the first time the business has introduced non-lifting products to its portfolio.

Mr Hall said: “We have a fantastic reputation in the industry, not just for the quality of our products but for the high level of customer service and support we offer. The introduction of the brake tester range is a direct response to frequent requests from customers, who want to buy these items from a workshop equipment partner it knows and trusts.

“We’ll have a lot of technical experts on hand at the Commercial Vehicle Show and are looking forward to meeting many of the sector’s most influential figures.

“Launching the three new products will give us a great focal point and the perfect launchpad to embark on our ambitious expansion plans.”
