Investment generates immediate success at Walsall estate
One of two units recently refurbished at Bescot Point Walsall has been let, national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has announced.
After a comprehensive refurbishment by Buccleuch Property, Unit 1, which extends to 23,973 sq ft, has been let to an exhibition company which is now in occupation.
The two units at the Bescot Point industrial estate were acquired by Buccleuch, an Edinburgh-based property investor and developer, in a £1.65 million deal in August last year. The company invested further to extensively refurbish the units before being made available to new occupiers. The remaining 28,169 sq ft unit, complete with ancillary offices and car parking, is available to lease and sits in a highly prominent location.
