Acting on behalf of Roetan Holdings, GJS Dillon and Sellers sold the freehold of Roetan House, Thorns Road, Brierley Hill, a 28,624 sq ft warehouse with offices to WJB Property at a guide price of £750,000.

Roetan House will become the new base for Kettle and Toaster Man, a 20-year-old family-run business supplying new and graded electrical items at wholesale prices direct to the public via a showroom and its website – www.kettleandtoasterman.co.uk

“Roetan House went under offer only three weeks after being put on the market, such is the demand for storage and manufacturing space in the Black Country, despite the area having a number of issues, including mine shafts,” saifd Andrew Lewis, head of agency at Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon.

“We worked well with GJS Dillon, with us driving Black Country enquiries and GJS Dillon assisting local Worcestershire enquiries,” said Matthew Pearcey, director at Dudley-based Sellers.
