Growing DRP buys HMX

Creative communications agency drp has bought HMX Corporate Communication, a Buckinghamshire based agency.

Thes acquisition extends the reach of the Hartlebury-based business and increases the total team count to more than 280.

HMX is a leading video, digital media, and live events business with a strong, professional services and high-tech client base. It services clients in the big four accounting firms, major consultancies, key law firms and high tech businesses such as Bosch Siemens Homecare, Perkin Elmer and GE Healthcare.

Tim Horrox, managing director at HMX, said:, “This is an exciting transition for us at HMX and I am hugely excited about where this partnership can take us. HMX is drp's second acquisition within a year. In September 2017 the group bought events agency Penguins.
